Hello! I have over 15 years of experience in social work, primarily supporting children and families. For more than six of those years, I worked as a school-based therapist and also spent time in outpatient therapy clinics.

Supporting kids and families through challenging moments is work I feel deeply connected to. I help children who are navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional outbursts, and big life changes feel seen, safe, and supported. I believe that behind every behavior is a need, and behind every child is a family doing their best. That’s why my approach focuses not only on the child, but also on partnering with caregivers to create lasting growth and healing.

As a parent myself, I understand how hard it can be to invite someone else into your child’s life to help them through difficult times. My style is warm, playful, and grounded—I strive to create a space where children can express themselves freely, build confidence, and experience meaningful change.

Whether you’re just beginning to seek support or have been on this journey for a while, I’m glad you’re here. You don’t have to do it alone. If you think we might be a good fit, I would love to connect.
