Meet the Heart Behind Collective Hearts Counseling

Jenny Topliff, LISW

I have over 15 years of experience in social work, mainly helping children and families. I spent more than 6 years as a school-based therapist and also worked in outpatient therapy clinics.

Supporting kids and families through hard moments is work I feel deeply connected to. I help children who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, emotional outbursts, and big life changes feel seen, safe, and supported. I know that behind every behavior is a need, and behind every child is a family doing their best. That’s why I focus not only the child, but also on partnering with caregivers so we can work together to support lasting growth.

My style is warm, playful, and grounded. I aim to create a space where children can express themselves freely and build confidence in who they are while parents feel encouraged, informed and not alone in the process.

Whether you’re just beginning to seek support or have been on this journey for a while, I’m glad you’re here. You don’t have to do it alone. If you think we might be a good fit, I would love to connect.
