Caregiver Support

Guidance and collaboration to help you better understand your child and feel more confident supporting them.

Parenting isn’t about perfection—it’s about connection. When we listen, learn, and lead with love, we build the unshakable bonds our children need to thrive.

Caregiver Support & Coaching

  • How Caregiver Support Works

Parent support may include check-ins, parent-only sessions, or collaboration during your child’s therapy appointment. Together, we’ll look at what your child may be communicating through their emotions and behavior, and explore practical ways to support them at home and school.

  • What We May Work On Together

    • Understanding your child’s emotions and behaviors

    • Responding to meltdowns or big feelings

    • Building consistency and routines

    • Supporting anxiety, grief, trauma, or transitions

    • Strengthening connection with your child

    • Helping therapy skills carry over at home

  • What You Can Expect From Me

My goal is to help caregivers feel supported, not criticized. We’ll work together with compassion, curiosity, and practical tools that fit your child’s needs.
