I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker who specializes in working with children and their families.
I believe every child has the ability to heal and grow when they feel safe, understood, and supported. My role is to walk alongside your child (and you) with warmth, patience, and the right tools to help your child thrive.
I use a blend of play therapy, EMDR, and parent collaboration to help children work through big feelings, past experiences, and life’s challenges.
Hi, I’m Jenny
About Me
My Approach
Children don’t always have the words to explain what they are feeling. Sometimes worries, stress, grief, trauma, or big emotions show up through behavior, play, sleep, separation, anger, or difficulty with transitions.
I use a child-centered, developmentally appropriate approaches to help children express themselves in ways that feel natural and safe. Therapy may include play, creativity, movement, storytelling, coping skills, EMDR, and caregiver support
I also believe parents and caregivers are an important part of the healing process. You know your child best, and we’ll work together to support your child’s growth both in and outside of the therapy room.

A Little More About Me
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, reading, and finding small moments of calm in everyday life.
As a parent myself, I understand how vulnerable it can feel to reach out for help for your child. My hope is that from the first contact, you feel met with compassion, support, and no judgment.
You are not alone in this.
Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step. You may be wondering if your child’s behavior is typical, if therapy will help, or if you are doing enough. You don’t have to figure it out alone.
I’m here to help your child feel more connected, confident, and supported and to help you feel supported too.
